Imagine That Gnome

I have one more Christmas card to share with you.  You know that I am head over heels with "Imagine That" digital stamps.  Well I received this adorable Gnome girl from Kris over at Imagine That digital stamps and I just had to color her up.
I colored the image with my copic markers and then fussy cut the image out.  I used a little bit of stickles on her hat.  I thought the snowflake background highlighted the image and used a little glitter paper for the hillside at the bottom of the card.

You should check out the ITD Creative Playground blog because she offers free digital images.  Right now she is offering the Party Cows #3 which is absolutely adorable.

Challenge your stash

This will be the last posting of the year for our Challenge Your Stash group on Splitcoast Stampers.  I just love this group because it really challenges me to use what I have.  But then it is easy for me since I seem to have a whole store at my house.

Barb was our hostess this month and challenged us to use our dies.  Well I have plenty of those and I made this fun Christmas card using several dies.
For my card I used the Classic truck die from Impression Obsession, the trees from The Memory Box, the tree in the back of the truck by Taylored Expressions, the deer and birds from Papertrey Ink and the hills die from Lawn Fawn.

So you see that I used alot of dies for this card.  What a fun challenge from Barb.

Happy Birthday Denise

Today I am part of a great group of gals from The Project Bin doing a little blog hop.  If you are following along, you probably came from Barb's blog.  In our blog hop we are honoring our creative genius behind The Project Bin.  I am always inspired by her stamps and so honored to be part of her design team.

To honor Denise I made a birthday card using the stamp set "Birthday Girl".
I love how a simple sentiment makes the best card.

So happy birthday to one of the kindest people I know.  Denise always takes time for her family and continues to inspire us on the Design Team for The Project Bin.  I hope you day is great and that 2020 brings you peace, joy and happiness.

PIP Challenge #1951

We are so lucky to have Di's Digital Stamps as our sponsor this week for Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #1951
You will find the cutest digital stamps at Di's.  I just love coloring their adorable images.  We were able to use any card this week so I used a very simple but elegant card I made using a snowflake die in the center of the card base.
I really wanted to show how beautiful the paper in the back shows up.  I just love how easy this card was to make yet so elegant.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure and check out Di's Digital Stamps store.

Imagine That Customer Standout

Today I am posting for the second time this month because I was lucky that my Christmas bird card won a "Customer Standout" award on Imagine That Digstamp Challenge in October.

It was such an honor winning this award.  Kris asked me if I would like to have a Guest spot on the December challenge and I said of course because I love working with Imagine That Digital Stamps.  They are adorable and so fun to color.  You must check out her store because I struggle with how to color my images sometimes and she always shows you a color version of her stamp.

For my card today I was able to select an adorable giraffe image called "Christmas Giraffe".  I have a friend who loves giraffes.  She said she would love to have a real one in her backyard.  She just didn't know how she could convince her husband she needs a giraffe.

I printed off the image on my computer and then colored it with my copic markers.  I then added some stickles to the fur on his hat and coat.  You just have to smile when you see this adorable guy.  Thanks so much to Kris for this honor and be sure and check out some of her adorable digital stamps that you can purchase.

The Project Bin

I'm sure everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays.  So much to do with so little time.  Today I am posting a card I made for The Project Bin that is bright and cheerful.  I am looking out my window at all the snow we got over the weekend and decided to post something that is colorful.
I used a sentiment from the "Wise Women" stamp set and stamped it out on pink cardstock.  I then fussy cut it out and made it the focal point of my card.  I love how this card turned out with just a few coordinating papers to highlight the sentiment.

Have a great day and be sure and check out The Project Bin for those last minute Christmas wishes you have on your list.

The Project Bin

I have all my Christmas cards done and in the mail so I decided to do a fun card for my card this week for The Project Bin.
For my card I used a fun stamp set called "Wise Women".  Boy do I love this stamp set.  It has such great sentiments on it.  It is fun to have the sentiment as the focal point in the card.

Be sure and check out The Project Bin blog and see some other great creations from the design team.

PIP Challenge #1949

Time again for another challenge at Pammies Inky Pinkies.  This week we are lucky enough to be sponsored by SheepSki Designs.
They have some of the most adorable digital images in their etsy store.   Plus they are so reasonable.  For my card today I used the Snowman Selfie stamp.
I colored the image with my copic markers using pastel colors.  I just love these adorable little snowmen all trying to get in the picture.

I decided the enter this card in the SheepSki Designs Challenge this month.  The challenge was to use your favorite thing.  This time of year snowmen are my favorite thing.  They have such personality and always make you smile.

Crafters of Faith Challenge Group

Our hostess this month for our Crafters of Faith group is Faye.  She chose for her scripture this month Genesis 1:14-19.  (And God said, "Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.  And it was so.  God made two great lights - the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night.  He also made the stars.  God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night and to separate light from darkness.  And God saw that it was good.  And there was evening, and there was morning - the fourth day.")

Faye chose the sketch below for our challenge.

For my card I decided to use the stamp set from Stampin Up called Star of Light which has been one of my favorite stampin up sets.
I started the card by stenciling the sun rays in the background using scattered straw distress ink.  I then cut out the snowflake using the matching die in the set.  I glued it to the middle of the sun rays.  I also stamped a few small star on the upper left and lower right side of the card.  I used a small piece of silver washi tape for the bottom of the card.

So I used for the challenge:
Favorite Color - Blue
Die - Snowflake
Washi tape - Silver at the bottom of the card
Any sentiment - Christmas Spirit from the stamp set.

Thanks Faye for a great challenge.

Customer Standout for Imagine That

I was so lucky that my Christmas bird card floating card won a "Customer Standout" award on Imagine That Digstamp Challenge in October.

Kris was kind enough to let me select an image of my choice for my card and I had to choose Party Cow #1 because I have someone special who will love this birthday card.

I printed off the image on my computer and then colored it with my copic markers.  I just love how it turned out.  Thanks so much to Kris for this honor and be sure and check out some of her adorable digital stamps that you can purchase.

Creative Crew

This month's theme for our Creative Crew group comes from Terry and her theme is Thanks Snow Much.  What a fun theme but I hope this do...
