PIP Challenge #2213

 Today I have a fun card I made for Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2213.  This week we are being sponsored by We are 3 Digital Shop.

                                                            

I just love digital images because storage has become an issue for me.  I try to weed out my stamps and dies every once in a while but my inventory still creeps up on me.  That is why digital is the way to go.

I love this card because the background paper is also digital.  How fun.  For my card I used the digital stamp Floral Doily Vases which I printed on my computer.  I also printed out the background paper which is called "Celebrate Confetti".  The sentiment is from the All Occasion Sentiment digital stamp set.

So with this being digital, you just print everything off and you have a quick card.  I added a little ribbon at the bottom and my card is complete.

Dueling Darlings 2

 Barb and Lorraine were in charge or our challenge this month and what a fun one it is.  They decided to come up with Team Coffee and Team Tea as our group challenges.  Lorraine was in charge of our group and decided we are Team Tea.

I love myself a cup of tea so this was a fun challenge for me.  

The image of the mug and heart is from Hampton Arts. The lemons are from Hero Arts.  The mug was stamped with CTMH New England Ivy Ink.  I colored the lemons with my copic markers.  The Designer paper is from Papertrey Ink.  Lorraine also sent us a Lipton tea bag so we could enjoy a cup of tea while we make the card. I decided to use the actual Lipton tag on my card.  I colored the small coffee mug with my copic markers.

What a fun theme and I loved the challenge this month.  I always love starting my day with a cup of coffee but in the evening I love a good cup of tea so it is hard for me to decide which I prefer.  Both are good.

PIP Challenge #2203

 I am really excited to share my card with you today for Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2203.  Our sponsor this week is Polkadoodles.   Whenever I feel the urge to color, I go through the images at Polkadoodles because they are so adorable and fun to color.

For my card today I am using the digital stamp "Fluffy Friends".  

I printed off the image and colored it with my copic markers.  I know this might be considered an Easter image but I thought it would make a nice card for a friends birthday.  I selected my papers first from Simple Stories Simple Vintage Farmhouse Garden line and added a few layers for my card.  I found this IO sentiment that would make it a birthday card or just thinking of you card.

Challenge Your Stash

 My card today is for our Challenge Your Stash Group on Splitcoaststampers.  I love this group because everyone month someone will pick a challenge and you need to go through your Stash and see what you can use for the theme that month.

Barb was our  hostess this month and she decided that our challenge would be to include a bird in our project.  I thought oh that will be easy because I have so many bird stamps.  Well 4 hours later I had cleaned out my stamps and sorted through.  I now have many stamp sets ready to go to a garage sale.  

\In my stash I came across this adorable stamp set called "Flamingo Botanical"  that I have never used.  I stamped the image our and then colored it with my copic markers.  I then fussy cut the bird out.  The background was formed by making a mask with one of my oval dies and then used the Farmhouse Basket stencil from Whimsy Stamps.  I thought it made a nice background to the bird.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2209

 Can't believe this is the last day of February.  This month sure flew by fast.  Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2209 is up and what a fun sponsor we have for this week.  The Cutting Cafe is our sponsor for Challenge #2209.  A lucky winner will win 3 sets of their choice from The Cutting Cafe.

I decided to make a St. Patricks Day card using the 4 Leaf Clover Digital stamp set. 

I printed off the digital stamps and colored them with my green copic markers.  I then cut them out and placed them on my card.  I added a few green brads I had in the center of the small circles and used green ribbon to divide the two papers.  By adding a few green gems really made the finishing touch to the card.

Dueling Darlings

 I sure everyone had a nice Valentines Day yesterday.  It was a beautiful day here in Kansas and I got my favorite valentine meal.  We have a Greek restaurant here that I really like. 

Since today is the 15th of the month, this means it is time for our Dueling Darlings group to post pictures of what they have done.  This month I was paired up with Carol to be the hostesses for February.  I always like to look and see what special holidays are in February and I noticed that February is Library Lovers Month.  I love to read so this theme really jumped out at me.   I love our local library so this card is in honor of all libraries.

The images are from the stamp set "Book Worm by Fun Stampers Journey.  The Book paper at the top is from Witches & Wizards by Echo Park.  The words in the middle are from Scribe by Authentique.  The cubicles at the bottom are from Farmhouse Market by Carta Bella.  I stamped the images and then colored them with my copic markers and cut them out with my Brother Scan n Cut.

The ribbon is from the ribbon boutique and the gems are from Fun Stampers Journey.  I had so much fun with this card and I can't wait to see what the other team members come up with.

PIP Challenge #2207

 I am so excited for our sponsor this week over at Pammie's Inky Pinky Challenges.  Our sponsor this week is Varada Sharma which is new to us here at PIP Challenges.

                                                      

There are some amazing digital images in her etsy store.  I sure hope you check it out.  The design team was given the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set to work with.  I do love butterflies so I was trying to think of a different way to use these beautiful images.  I colored them up with my copic markers and then found some papers to coordinate with the colors.

I was needing a gift bag for a friend so I decided to decorate the front of it with the butterfly.  I cut it out and then placed it on the front of the bag.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.
