PIP Challenge #2631

Time again for another Challenge from Pammie's Inky Pinkies which will be Challenge #2631.  Our wonderful sponsor this month is Taylored Expressions.

I love all the things you can buy at Taylored Expressions.  I always look forward to their wonderful calendars and their floral stamps which are favorites of mine.

For my card today I am using the stamp "Bursting Blooms" along with the matching die.  This is an old set I have had for a long time.  I no longer see it in their shop but they have alot of other wonderful floral stamps.  I used a Jaded Blossom Stitched Arch Die for the Blue Background.  I like that it always makes the floral pop on the card.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see your creations on Pammie's Inky Pinkies

Challenge Your Stash

I had so much fun with the challenge this month on our Create From Your Stash group on Splitcoaststampers.  Barb was our hostess this month and she challenged us to do a red, white and blue card with any theme or holiday.  I decided to create a birthday card because that is what I use the most.

For my card I started with a piece of 3.75 x 5 inches paper from 49 & Market called Kaleidoscope.  It made for a great background.  I used one of the first Stampin Up stamp sets that I ever bought back in 2012 or 2013.  It is called Summer Silhouettes.  I used Night of Navy and Marina Mist Stampin up ink for the foliage and then Stampin Up Real red for the flowers.  I then used the Taylored Expressions Sundry Sentiments stamp for the sentiment.  I added a few BGM Cherry gems on the card.  I then used a 4 x 5.25 sheet of Real Red Cardstock as a border for the card.

Thanks to Barb for a great challenge this month.

PIP Challenge #2629

This weeks challenge #2629 for Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenges is sponsored by Gina K. Designs.

I always have a hard time deciding which adorable image to use for me card.  I decided to go with a favorite of mine called "Inspiring Poppies".   Unfortunately I don't see it on their website any more.

The papers I used were from Paper Roses called Poppy Garden Basics which included the embellishments I added to the card.

Be sure and check out Gina K. Designs because they have so many wonderful stamps to pick from.  I see several new stamp sets that I will be adding to my stash.

Creative Crew

The 15th of the month sure has rolled around quickly.  I can't believe we are almost half way through the month.  Terry was our hostess this month and she send us this adorable image from Taylored Expressions called "Silly Goose".

This was such a fun image to work with.  I colored the cute little goose with my copic markers and used a scalloped rectangle die to cut the image out.  For the sentiment I used a die from Fun Stampers Journey called "Banner Parade".  Miscellaneous papers were used on the card.  I used some China Blue Distress Oxide to go around the sentiment banner so it would stand out.

If you want to check and see what the rest of the team did with their card, you can click on their name below.

PIP Challenge #2627

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.  Today is time for Challenge #2627 for Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenges.  Our sponsor this week is Lawn Fawn which we all know is a favorite stamp company of mine.

I always have a hard time deciding what image to use but with these hot days I thought I would go with something cooler.  I decided to use my stamp set and matching die set called "Mice on Ice".

I first stamped off the images and colored them with my copic markers.  I used the matching dies to cut them out.  I took a piece of white cardstock and used the hillside die to cut the top out.  I then sponged the bottom part of the white card stock and formed an ice rink.  I pop dotted the images on to the ice rink.  I also added the lamp post and trees to the card.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card.  I hope you visit "Lawn Fawn" and see what cute stamp sets they have.  I can't wait to get my hands on their new summer release.

Challenge Your Stash

Today is reveal day for our Challenge Your Stash Group on Splitcoaststampers.  Darlene selected our challenge this month and she chose "Starry Night" and asked us to create a card with a night sky full of stars.

For my card I am using Lawn Fawn Upon a Star with matching dies.  I colored the images with my copic markers and used the matching dies to cut them out.  I used a little bit of gold Stickles on the stars.  I cut some hills using the MFT Slimline Grassy Hills die and sponged them with a little dark green ink.  I used white embossing ink on the sentiment.

Such a great challenge.

PIP Challenge #2625

June seems to be going fast.  The older I get, the faster time seems to go.  This weeks challenge for Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges is sponsored by Lawn Fawn.

I am a real fan of Lawn Fawn and love creating scenes with their adorable images.  I decided to go with a winter scene for my card today.

For my card I am using the stamp set "Here we go a-waddling".  I stamped all the images off and colored them with my copic markers and cut them out with matching dies.  I found a scrap piece of snowflake paper for the background and then used the "Stitched Hillside Borders" die on white cardstock to form the hills.  I sponged around the edges of the hills with Stampin Up Pool Party Ink.  I stamped the sentiment on the hills using my Misti so I could get the curve just right.  I added a couple snowflake embellishments I had in my stash.

I hope you check out Lawn Fawn and their adorable stamps.  I have my eye on their new release.
