Pretty Pink Posh Blog Hop
As promised I have done 3 cards using 3 different watercolor techniques. Seeing all the beautiful cards made on the Pretty Pink Posh Watercolor blog hop has truly inspired me.
I am definitely obsessed with the whole watercolor concept. I couldn't decide which technique I liked the best so I thought I would try them all and do a comparison. I stamped all 3 images using the Corner Garden Stamp from Stampin Up and black Versafine ink. I then used a clear embossing powder to give each image some depth.
The card above I used my Distress Inks. I stamped my pad on an acrylic sheet and then misted it with water.
This card I used my Zig Clear Watercolor Markers. I love how fast the card went together using these markers. I am finding that I need a few more colors. I really like how you can blend and give these colors a different look.
This card was made using the Peerless Watercolor papers. I am always amazed at how rich the colors come out when I use them.
I feel each card has it's advantages. I love the vibrant colors of the Peerless Watercolor papers but love the use of the Watercolor Markers.
So you decide which you like the best.

Great experiment! I'm sure you could mix and match your coloring mediums if you were missing a color. That's the benefit of them all being water soluble! Love the richness of the Peerless too.
