PIP Challenge #1829

Today's Challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies is sponsored by Polkadoodles.


For my card today I have chosen to use the adorable image "Sugarpops - Party Dress/Birthday" from the Polkadoodles store.  
I printed off the image on my Canon printer and then colored it with my copic markers.  I added a few flowers to accent this sweet little girl.
