Coffee Lovers Bloghop

http://coffeelovingcardmakers.com/2017/06/2017-summer-coffee-lovers-blog-hop/
I have always loved the Coffee Lovers Bloghop but have never participated. This theme fit perfectly with another group I am in that we are to Challenge our stash and create a card with the theme selected for the month.  The theme this month selected by Suzy is to make a card using your favorite beverage.  Since coffee is my favorite beverage I decided to make the card below.

I used the Coffee Cup Clear Set from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.  I colored the coffee cups with my copic markers and decided to do a little background with washi tape.

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps

Today's theme for Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps is Brillant Backgrounds.  I had so much fun coming up with a card for this theme.
I started this card by taking a piece of making tape diagonally across the 4 x 5 1/4" piece of white cardstock.  I then started stamping the different sizes of flowers all over the card using the Blobby Flowers 2 clear stamp set.  I could see this being one a my favorite stamp sets because of all the neat designs on the stamp set.  A real bargain at $15.99.  The sentiment is also from the stamp set.  I then colored in my flowers using copic markers.  I then pulled up the masking tape and drew black lines with a fine point marker and stamped the sentiment in the center.  What a fun card this made.  So don't worry about having the perfect designer paper for your card.  Just pull out your favorite stamp set and it makes a wonderful background.

Be sure and check out the Prickley Pear blog and see what the rest of the design team came up with.

PIP Challenge #1725

This week's challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps

Challenge #1725

Why don't you go to Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges and join us this round.  Remember it is Anything Goes in showing us your creations.

For my creation today I used the stamp set "Beautiful Blocks Thoughts and Prayers".  I printed off the image and then colored it with my copic markers.  The thing I love about digital images is that you can size it to any size that you want.  Bugaboo Stamps are one of my favorite digital stamp companies because of the variety of stamps they carry.  Check them out.

Cardmaker Blog Hop

I am so happy to be a part of the CardMaker Blog Hop today.  I sure hope you are following the Hop. You probably came from Melissa Bickford's blog.
For my card today I chose the Sammie the Sheep stamp. I just stamped out the sheep 3 times and then colored it with my copic markers.  I then used a 2" circle punch and punched it out.   I then took a piece of orange paper and using my 1 1/2" punch punched out 3 circles.  I thought it would be fun to have the sheep at all angles.  It made the sentiment "Ewe OK?" perfect for the card.

Your next stop on the hop will be Heather Hoffman.  Be sure and check her blog out.

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps will be giving away a $20 gift certificate to a random winner who posts on their blog when you are done hopping.

Thanks for stopping by.

Dueling Darlings

Here it is the 15th of the month which means it is time again for another Dueling Darlings Challenge.  This month Barb and I got to come up with the theme.  Barb came up with some great ideas but we ended up having the theme as "Roses" since the Rose the the flower of the month for June.

The stamp is from Flourishes Calendar Set 2 which was stamped on Neenah Classic Crest 80 lb paper using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  The backgroun paper is Neapolitan by American Crafts - Dear Lizzy.  I also told everyone that pink was my favorite color so I asked that they have a pink rose.  I colored in these roses with my copic markers.

Be sure and check out what some of my team mates came up with.

Unidentified Image #32

Today is the day that we get to show our creations with the image that Darlene selected.  It was such a fun little image.

The image is by Hampton Arts called Cam stamp Chloe.  I added a Stampin Up sentiment to go with it.
I colored it with my zig watercolor markers.

Thanks Darlene for a great challenge

Crafters of Faith Challenge

Today I am posting a card I made for a challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  The group is called Crafters of Faith and each month someone comes up with a challenge.  This month the theme is having faith/trust in God for everything.  So we were to make a card using the word trust or faith.  I went to one of my favorite Stampin Up sets appropriately called "Faith in Nature".

I used my sponge daubers to color in the pear.  What a beautiful sentiment and perfect for the theme.

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps

Today the theme at Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps is Bring on the Sunshine.  We have been doing that here in Kansas with a 94 degree day yesterday.
So for my card today I used the bicycle stamp, the mini butterflies set and the sentiment You are Simply the best.  I started by putting a piece of tape across the middle of the card and then sponged with green ink for the grass.  I then stamped the bicycle.  I colored the images with copic markers.  I then cut out the flowers and butterfly and placed them on the card.  This bicycle reminds of the old vintage bicycles.  I just smile when I see bicycles this color.

Be sure and see what the rest of the design team has come up with for this fun theme.

PIP Challenge #1723

Time again for another challenge from Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.  This challenge (#1723) is Anything Goes as always.

This week is sponsored by Fred She Said Stamps.  As always I love their digital stamps.

For my card today I used the image "Doodled Floral Corner Digi". I printed the image off on Neenah Classic Crest paper and colored the flowers with my copic markers.
These flowers reminded me of morning glories so I colored them a beautiful blue color.  I hope you enjoyed my creation.  It is always fun at Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges to be sure and join us by creating something wonderful.

Creative Crew

This month's theme for our Creative Crew group comes from Terry and her theme is Thanks Snow Much.  What a fun theme but I hope this do...
