Challenge #2011 for PIP Challenges

Happy Monday to everyone.  Today over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies we have a new challenge which is being sponsored by the adorable stamp company Polkadoodles.  I had a hard time trying to decide which digital image to use for my card today but I finally decided on Happy Woof Day.
I downloaded the image and then colored it with my copic markers.  I used my brother scan n cut to cut out the image.
