PIP Challenge #2603

Today I get to post a card for Challenge #2603 at Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.  This week we are beings sponsored by Taylored Expressions.  I'm sure you are all familiar with Taylored Expressions.  They have been around for a while and have the cutest stamps and dies.  They are one of the nicest companies to work with.

I hard a hard time deciding which of my stamps/dies to use for the challenge this week because I have so many.

I decided to make a mini Slimline card.  I started with a piece of white cardstock measured 7" x 6".  Once you fold the card it will be 3 1/2 x 6.  I then cut a piece of black cardstock 3 3/8 x 5 7/8.   I cut a piece of yellow cardstock 2 1/2 x 5 1/2.  I cut the aqua cardstock 3 1/4 x 5 3/4.  I then used the TE Mini Slim Window Cutting plate.  I found a piece of marbled paper in my scrap pile and stamped it with the TE Beautiful Butterfly Wings with black ink.  I used the Beautiful Butterfly Die to cut the butterfly out.  I then used the same die set to cut out the black outline of the butterfly.  I then pop dotted the butterflies at the center of each circle.  I added the sentiment using the Mini Strips Fluttering By stamp set.  I stamped on black cardstock with Versamark ink and added white embossing powder.  I then used the Mini Strips die to cut the sentiments out.

Thanks to Taylored Expressions I have a fun butterfly card.  Be sure and check their store out.  We appreciate their sponsorship of Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenges.

Creative Crew

I hope everyone is having a good start to 2026.  The weather in Kansas has been pretty good.  Since I am not a snow person, it works for me to have warmer weather.  Today is reveal day for our Creative Crew group on splitcoaststampers.  Jeanette came up with our challenge this month.  She challenged us to use our own stuff to make snow cards which would include a snowman, snow angel, snowflakes or anything else related to snow.  I always like looking through my stuff to see what items I have to complete the challenge.

I found an old Spellbinders Christmas kit that I really had not used much.  The background paper was in the kit along with the penguin die.  The little skates move which makes it a fun card.  The snowflakes are from Sunny Studio Snowflake Circle Frame.  I stamped Merry Christmas and it made a quick Christmas Card.  My first one for 2026.

If you would like to check out the rest of the group to see what they came up with, you can just click on their name below.

PIP Challenge #2601

Happy 2026!  I hope this year brings everyone good health and happiness.  I am so excited to still be a member of Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.  I always love seeing what people post on the challenges.  There are so many talented people out there.  This week we are being sponsored by Polkadoodles.  They have some of the cutest digital images.  I hope you check them out.

For my card today I am using the stamp "Lantern Friends Christmas Gingerbread Cookie".  I figured it is never too early to start on Christmas cards.  If I made 2 a month I would be set for the end of the year.

This image was so fun to print off and color with my copic markers.  I added stickles to each of the hats.  I used a stitched oval die to cut the image out.  I added some ivy and the word Cheers on the card for a little extra.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure and check out what the rest of the design team did on PIP Challenges this week.
