I received a new stamp and die set from Denise at The Project Bin and I have been having so much fun with it. It is called Milky Way.
I taped off the sides of my card and then used Distress Oxides to sponge a layered look to the center. The colors I used were Fossilized Amber, Spiced Marmalade and Seedless Preserves. I then stamped out the images and colored them with my copic markers and used the matching die cut to cut them out. I stamped the sentiment with versamark and then used white embossing powder. I used a fine line marker to draw some dashes down each side of the center.
Remember today is the last day for the special over at The Project Bin. If you order $80 worth of merchandise, you will receive the Cool Ghoul stamp set and die for free.

Challenge Your Stash
Today is reveal day for our Challenge Your Stash group over at Splitcoaststampers. Pansy was our hostess this month and she chose water summer fun as our challenge. I pulled out a stamp set that I had in a box marked garage sale and decided it would be perfect for this challenge. So back to my inventory and one less this for the garage sale. HA!
The stamp set I used was called Signs of Summer by Pink Ink for Impression Obsession. I stenciled the waves using a MFT wave stencil and the clouds using a MFT Cloud stencil. I colored the images with copic markers and placed them on the card. The sun is a Lil inker die cut.
Thanks Pansy for a great challenge.

The Project Bin
Time again for another project for The Project Bin. It seems like I never have enough birthday cards so I decided to make a birthday card this week using the stamp set "#bff".
I added water to my stampin up ink and splattered it on my white piece of cardstock. I then cut out 3/4" strips of pink and blue papers and made pennants out of them. I stamped the beautiful sentiment and used an oval die to cut it out. I then used a scalloped oval die to gut the green check paper out. By adding a few flowers and sequins, it turned out to be a beautiful card.
Remember this month you can get the Cool Ghoul stamp and die set free ($18 value) with any $80 order over at The Project Bin.

PIP Challenge #1929
For Challenge #1929 over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies it is sponsored by The Cutting Cafe.
For my card today I used their fun coffee card design. It was so easy to print off and cut out. I printed the pattern off on this pretty pink paper and then decorated the card with a few embellishments.
Along with the template for the cup you get a template for the envelope. I stamped a coffee cup on the corner of my envelope along with coffee beans. What a fun image this was to work with.

Mystery Image Swap Round 53
Today's card is for our Mystery Image Swap group on Splitcoaststampers. Terry was our hostess this month and she chose the Stampin Up "Lovely Lattice" image for our swap.
I colored the image with my copic markers and then used an embossing folder for the background and a few papers to highlights the colors I colored with.
Thanks Terry for a great swap.

The Project Bin
It sure seems like there are lots of birthdays coming up for me. For my project this week for The Project Bin I decided to make a birthday card using the stamp set "Born Yesterday".
On the inside of my card I used some gorgeous paper from Mintay by Karola called Bloomville. I then cut off part of the top of the card and left 2 1/8" at the top. I then stamped the sentiment "More Gorgeous Than Ever" and fussy cut it out. I then adhered it to the top panel of the card.
Just a clean and simple card to make but I love that the sentiment just stands out.
Remember that this month over at The Project Bin you can receive the Cool Ghoul stamp set and die ($18 value) free with an $80 order.

PIP Challenge #1927
Today at Pammie's Inky Pinkies we have a new challenge sponsored by Polkadoodles.
For my card today I decided to make a fun scene using the digital stamp "Tree Scene" from Polkadoodles.
I started this card by printing off the tree image and coloring it with my copic markers. The clouds in the background were from a cloud stencil I had. I then added the birds from a die I had and the flowers from a die set I had. The grass is a punch. I added the happy birthday sentiment at the side of the card.
What a fun card this was to make. Be sure and join us over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies for a change to win 3 free digital images from Polkadoodles.

The Project Bin
Well here it is the day before the big 4th of July. I just had to make a card today for my Wednesday project for The Project Bin.
For my card today I used several colors of Distress Oxides (Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon, Seedless preserves, & wilted violet). I sponged the background until I liked the color. What a nice combination this turned out to be. The sky line is a die I had. I used the stamp set "Red, White & Boom". I must confess that I this was kind of a mistake card. I was using my misti and the bursting stamp with versa mark and white embossing powder. I didn't realize that I had moved the stamp just a bit so my bursts overlapped. But when the card was complete, I liked the look. I used black embossing powder for the sentiment.
I hope everyone has a happy & safe 4th of July. Be sure and check out the special this month for The Project Bin. With every $80 of merchandise purchase, you will receive the Cool Ghoul stamp set and dies.
