The Project Bin

I am so excited about my card today for The Project Bin.  I came across some beautiful papers called Denim & Girls by Maja Designs.  It worked so well with the sentiments from Birthday Girl stamp set.
I stamped the sentiment birthday girl on a piece of vanilla cardstock and cut it out.  I also did a little sponging around the edges with Creamy Caramel Stampin Up ink which is an oldie but goodie and is no longer available.  I love the softness of this color.  The other elements of the card are from the paper line Denim & Girls.  I really liked the photo pages.

I hope you enjoyed the card this week.  Next week I have another card using the same paper line.  Be sure and check back.

The Project Bin is running a June Special which is if you order $75 of merchandise you will receive "Red, White & Boom" stamp set.  Later in the month I will show you several fun cards I made with this stamp set.

The Project Bin

For my card today I decided the used one of the new stamp sets from The Project Bin called Love Your Shellfie.  I decided to use a lot of the sentiments in my card.

I started by stamping the turtle image with clear Versamark ink all over a 4 X 5 1/4" piece of cardstock.  I then used white embossing powder and versamark for the sentiments.  The turtle was colored with copic markers and cut out and pop dotted on the white embossed circle.

These sentiments just have to make you smile.

Remember you only have a few days left to take advantage of the May special  over at The Project Bin.  If you order $75 of merchandise, you will receive "Classic Man" stamp (a $14 value) for free.

PIP Challenges

Well last week sure flew by.  Happy Memorial Day to all!  This week Pammie's Inky Pinkies is sponsored by Polkadoodles.
I hope you check out their website because they have some adorable images.  For my card today I am using the stamp  "Cake Time, Twiggy and Toots".  The fun thing about purchasing this set is that you get it in black and white to color or you can just print off the color version that is included when you purchase the set.

Well since I like to color, I decided to pull out my copic markers and give it a whirl.  So fun to color.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure and join us over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies.

The Project Bin

Today I am sharing a fun card I made for The Project Bin using one of their new stamp sets called "Birthday Girl".  I love all the fun sentiments on this stamp set.
I started this card with a black card base.  I then cut out 4 miscellaneous pieces of designer paper that measured 2" x 2 5/8".  I then folded the corner on each piece and adhered them to the black card base.  I then wrapped the orange ribbon around the center of the card.  I stamped the sentiment on a piece of white cardstock and cut it out using a circle die.  I pop dotted it on the center of the card.  I had a candle punch that worked perfect for this card.

Remember the May special over at The Project Bin.  If you order $75 of merchandise, you will receive "Classic Man" stamp (a $14 value) for free.

PIP Challenges

Time again for another card for PIP Challenges.  We are so lucky this week because it is being sponsored by Bugaboo stamps which is an all time favorite of mine for digital stamps.
The stamp I am using for my card today is the 4 block tulip square.
I printed off the image on my printer and sized it to fit on this card.  I then colored the image with my copic markers and cut the squares out.  I then put them on a black cardstock square.  I love how this turned out.

Thanks to Bugaboo for these great images to work with.

The Project Bin

My project today covered 2 different obligations.  The Project Bin has a new stamp set called Birthday Girl which can be used several different ways.
When assembling this card I decided to make it for our Crafters of Faith group on Splitcoast Stampers.  Liz was our hostess this month and she chose 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;  persecuted, but not abondoned, struck down, but not destroyed" as her scripture of choice.  Liz challenged us to try the Faux Pressed Flower that can be found on SCS under this tutorial.

I started by stamping the sentiment on white cardstock and cut it out using a half circle die.  I then adhered it to the card base.  I then glued the flowers in place and then put it through an embossing folder.  I just love how this turned out.  Such fun.

The Project Bin is having a May special!  If you order $75 of merchandise, you will receive Classic Man which is a $14 value for free! Be sure and check it out.

The project Bin

Today I am a little late in getting my card out for The Project Bin.  For my card today I used the new stamp set called Love Your Shellfie
I colored this adorable image with my copic markers and then used a few dies to highlight it.  I just love this new stamp set.  Be sure and check out the Project Bin for this new addition to their collection.
