Anything but a card

Today over at Twisted Tuesday Challenge, we are having a challenge to do anything but a card.  I decided to make these darling little halloween treat packages.  I made several for my nieces and nephews and co-workers.

I started with a piece of black cardstock 3 1/4 inches x 9 1/2 inches.  I then scored it at 3, 3 1/2 and 7 1/2 inches. I scallop punches the side that was the smallest.  I then cut pieces of designer paper 3 x 2 3/4, 3 x 3 3/4 and 3 x 1 1/2 inches.  I then cut two holes at the top for my ribbon and added what dies I had at home from matching designer paper.  The dies, stamps and sentiment are all from Papertrey Ink.  This went together very fast and  I think everyone will enjoy the reeces pieces I put in the little bag.
