They are having a
Rubber Stamp Convention in Kansas City in a couple of weeks and they were having a contest. I decided to enter this card. The theme of the card was supposed to be "Mirror, Mirror on the Wall".
I had a difficult time with a sentiment. I got some great ideas from my friends Vannessa and Patty but decided to go with this one "What Matters Most is How you see Yourself". The old lady is a digital image from
Bugaboo Stamps where they have some darling digital stamps. Her name is Stella and she fit in perfect with what I was try to show. I wanted to show someone looking in a mirror and how they see themselves.
The little girl was from Ladybug Crafts Ink and came with a magazine. The Designer paper is Miss Caroline from My Mind's Eye which is a current favorite of mine. I had such a fun time with this card. Even if I don't win anything, it sure was fun to make the card.
