Black Necklaces
I have been sorting through my jewelry and made 3 necklaces. One I gave away before taking a picture of. It was my favorite with turqouise and silver. You can tell I love black.

Flower Card
Well I have been away for awhile. Working on Christmas presents. Can't post because then they wouldn't be a surprise. This is a card that we made at Stamp Camp a few years ago which I absolutely loved. Haven't had the heart to give it away. A friend bought this stamp set and thought she would enjoy this card.

Spinach Salad
No projects today but I do have a yummy recipe for Spinach Salad
2 bags baby spinach
4 oz. Feta Cheese
1/2 Medium Red Onion Rings
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
3-4 pieces crisp bacon (crumbled)
1 cup craisins
Dressing:
1 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3-4 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
Wash baby spinach well and spin dry. Combine all salad dressing ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Mix all salad ingredients together topping the salad with the Feta Cheese last. Refrigerate dressing and use just prior to serving. Best if eaten the same day.
Enjoy

Roast Recipe
Okay since I didn't get any crafts done today, I will post a recipe I tried this weekend that was delicious.
3-4 lb eye of round
Put in cast iron dutch oven
Layer with 1 sliced onion
Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, 1 pkg brown gravy and 1 clove garlic, minced.
Pour over roast.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
I served with mashed potatoes and cooked carrots. There was plenty of gravy left for the mashed potatoes.
Yummy.

Day 1 of blog
So I thought I would start a blog with all the projects I work on. Kind of a scrapbook online of all my projects. The first picture is a necklace and bracelet I made to go with a jacket I bought at Coldwater Creek. Next are 2 cards that I am going to need this week. Then I made 2 recipes cards (6 each) for a recipe swap that I am in through Splitcoaststampers. I send in 6 recipes and I get 5 different recipes back (One goes to hostess). Fun and I get alot of recipes back. Now I am off to fix dinner. We will see if I keep it up.
