Two Paper Divas

Aren't you just loving spring this year?  All the flowers in bloom and such a treat to see here in the Midwest. 

Today I made a clean and simple card using the adorable Bee Happy Stamp set that Two Paper Divas released this month.  It has become one of my all time favorite stamp sets from them.  I stamped the bee hive on a yellow piece of card stock and stamped the bees around the hive.  I then colored them with my copic markers.

Decorated Tray

I used to teach classes at a Local Scrapbook Store and we would do these trays for different holidays. Looking back, I loved teaching these classes and what beautiful trays that were made. 

 So I have finally decided to make one for myself.  I used alot of items that I love from Butterflies, Music, Coffee, Cats, Flowers, Friends, Family, Sewing and some of the projects I made in classes. The iris is for my group that we call ourselves that love to get together and make crafty things.

Two Paper Divas

Another week has come and gone.  Time just seems to be flying by. Today's cards are actually for the 4th of July.  Nothing like working ahead.  Hope I can remember where I put them when I need them.

Two Paper Divas had a great release this month.  I hope you have been over there to check it out.  For these cards I used the Let Freedom Ring stamp set. I love the embossed star background and the triangles are so fun to place on the card.

Here it is another Friday and another great card with my new stamps from Two Paper Divas.

Today's card was so much fun.  I used the new Honey Bee stamp set that was released this month.  I absolute love this set.  The sentiments are so cute and I love the bee hive.  For the honeycomb background I used part of a Papertrey Ink hexagon Cover plate and then I just happened to have a bee die from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

Two Paper Divas

Time again for another post for Two Paper Divas.  I can't believe March is winding down.  It has been such a nice month for weather here in Kansas.

Since we are seeing flowers pop up everywhere I thought today's card would be great to include a flower.  I tried something a little different for this card. I took a piece of black cardstock and stamped the sweet blossom image with my versa mark ink and then used white embossing powder.  I then pulled out my prisma coloring pencils to color the image.  I thought it gave it a nice look.

Challenge #253 - Easter - Meljens Designs

I am so sad that today will be my last design card for Meljens Designs because she is closing her digital store to pursue other avenues with her artistic abilities.  I have been on the design team for almost a year and I have loved every minute of it.  I wish Melissa the best and can't wait to check out her etsy store.

Today's challenge is Easter which I just realized is right around the corner. 

I downloaded the image called Hop Along Bunny from the store and colored it with my copic markers.  I just think this image is adorable.
