Challenge Your Stash

Well today is the day to post my card from a group I participate in Splitcoast Stampers.  It is a fun group because we have to make something from your stash.  Today's challenge was from Kelly and I have to admit it had me stumped because I really don't have alot of super hero stamps.  I found this stamp that I had purchased from Kadoodle Bug Designs called Super Hero Moose on my computer that I have used in the past.

I started with a piece of designer paper that had writing on it and then I stenciled a sun ray with a stencil I had.  I colored the image with my copic markers.  I typed the sentiment on my computer and used a die called Speech Trio from Mama Elephant.

So thanks Kelly for definitely challenging my stash.

PIP Challenge #1717

Time again for another challenge from Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.  This challenge (#1717) is Anything Goes as always.

This week is sponsored by All Dressed Up. You need to check out her Etsy store because her digital images are just adorable.

For my card today I used the image "Flowers for Mum". I printed the image off on 90 lb watercolor paper which works amazing for digital stamps.  I then colored this fun image with my zig water color markers.  I thought it turned out to be a bright and cheerful card.

Thanks for stopping by to see my card.  Let's see your work of art and enter the challenge this week at Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.

Dueling Darlings Challenge

Well the 15th has snuck up on me and it looks like it is time again for another Dueling Darlings Challenge.  This month it was Kelly and Jeanette coming up with a great theme.  The theme this month was "You are My Sunshine".  Jeanette decided to go with the image called "Some Odd Girl Sunny Mae".  The stitched sun die is from Gina Marie.  The sunshine frame is from Simon Says.

So what a fun card this turned out to be.  Thanks Jeanette for a great challenge.

Be sure and check out what some of my team mates came up with.

Unidentified Image Swap #31

Time again for another image for our swap.  This time Barb was up and selected this adorable Whipper Snapper Design called Hat-Bee Birthday.
I colored the bee with my copic markers and added the scalloped edges to highlight this adorable little guy.

Thanks for checking in and thanks to Barb for a great choice for us this month.

PIP Challenge #1715

Time again for another challenge from Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.  This challenge (#1715) is Anything Goes as always.

This week is sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps.  I am in love with these digital stamps at Bugaboo Stamps.  You would not believe the variety of stamps they offer.

For my card today I used the image "Flower Teapot". I have found some 90 lb watercolor paper that works beautifully in my printer when I use digital stamps.  I then colored this fun image with my zig water color markers.  I thought it turned out to be a bright and cheerful card.

Thanks for stopping by to see my card.  Let's see your work of art and enter the challenge this week at Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges.

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps

I am having a blast with my Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.  For today's post I made 2 cards.  The first one I made using my new Distress Oxide Ink.  I just put some ink of water color paper and then misted it with some water.  Don't you just love that chalky look.  I also had seen that you could stamp with the Distress Oxides also so I stamped 3 dragon flies from Dragonflies 2 Stamp set with each color and cut them out using the dragon fly die.  The sentiment is from the Dragonflies 2 also.
The rage right now seems to be coffee cups so I found this adorable coffee cup from the Coffee Cup Clear Set.  I stamped the steam swirls first and then colored the coffee cup with my copic markers and used the Coffee Cup Die set for the cup.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.
What I love about Prickley Pear is the variety of stamps with each set and the matching dies.  They  are so much fun to work with.  I hope you enjoyed my cards today.  I hope to have some more cards this week.  Be sure and check back.

Creative Crew

This month's theme for our Creative Crew group comes from Terry and her theme is Thanks Snow Much.  What a fun theme but I hope this do...
