Day 4 of Christmas in July

Another fun card to Celebrate Christmas in July.  For today's card I used Two Paper Divas Holly Jolly Christmas.

I love this stamp because it is so easy to color with my copics and makes an adorable card.

Thanks for joining my Christmas in July postings.  I can't wait to give away this fun Christmas package.  Just leave a comment below and I will draw on Saturday for a lucky winner.

Day 3 of Christmas in July

Thanks for stopping back for Day 3 of my Christmas card posting.  For today's card I used the Deck the Halls stamp set and the Holiday Season sentiment stamp.  I used my silver embossing powder for the threads coming down the card and the sentiment.  Now that I look at the picture, my ornaments aren't exactly straight on the card.  Well I guess that is just like real life.  Have you ever put an ornament on your tree straight?
Thanks again for joining in my Christmas in July week.  Remember that if you leave a comment every day, it increases your chances of winning this fun Christmas package.

Day 2 of Christmas in July

This is the second day of my Christmas in July cards.  Today I am using the Two Paper Diva stamp set called Merry Little Christmas.  I love how quickly this card went together.  I stamped the image and then cut it out with one of my dies I had.  I love the little rolled flower at the bottom that I cut out of felt.
So remember to leave a comment below so you could win this wonderful bag of Christmas goodies.  Check back tomorrow for another fun day of Christmas in July.

Christmas in July

Today I am starting a week long special for Christmas cards I have made using holiday stamps from Two Paper Divas.  Each day I am going to post a card using a stamp set that I like from Two Paper Divas.  At the end of the week I will be giving away this fun Christmas stack of goodies.  Just leave a comment any day and I will do a drawing for the winner on Saturday.

For today's card I am using the Mason Jar stamp, Mason Jar Accessories #3, Deck the Halls, and Holiday Sentiments.  I am a huge fan of the Mason Jar set.  I think it stems from my childhood and all the canning we used to do.  Hard work but I have some great memories of fresh veggies from the garden all year round because of what we canned.

Be sure and leave a comment and come back tomorrow for more holiday inspiration.

Two Paper Divas

I can't believe that I am working on Christmas Cards already.  My goal this year is to have 100 cards ready by Thanksgiving.  Today's card is refreshing to look at because it is pretty hot here in the Midwest. Hard to believe I am thinking snow.
For today's card I used the Tree Stamp set   from Two Paper Divas. I stamped the tree image on Crumb Cake cardstock and colored it with my copic markers.  The red bird is a Memory Box die.  The Merry Christmas is from the Holiday Sentiments set from Two Paper Divas.

This card will be a nice addition to the collection of cards I am making.

Monday I hope to start a week long Christmas special of cards that I have made using Two Paper Diva Stamps.  I even hope to have a little contest next Friday with a prize package.

Two Paper Divas

Time again for another fun card for Two Paper Divas.
For today's card, I used Two Paper Divas fun tree stamp.  It is so versatile and can be used for any season.  I decided to make mine a spring card using the grass and ladybugs from the Catch Me if You Can Stamp Set.  The flower and butterfly are from the Mason Jar Access #1 Set.

It is quite warm here in the Midwest so a little spring in my card sounded refreshing.

Next week I am starting a 2 week Christmas in July.  Be sure and check back because I am hoping to have some prizes.

Two Paper Divas

I am putting off using some of my new images from Two Paper Divas this month because I am thinking towards the end of the month I am going to have a Christmas in July week with possible prizes.  I know it is tough to think Christmas but I have to make about 120 Christmas cards so it doesn't do me any good to procrastinate and wait until the last minute to start my cards.

Since I have been having so much fun with my watercolors lately I thought I would try making another card using water colors.  I started with the mason jar stamp and then used the flowers from the Mason Jar Accessories #1.  I used a Kaleidoscopic embossing powder to give it a little shine.  I then used the border from The Mason Jar Accessories #3 stamp set.  I then colored in the water and the flowers with my Zig Clean Watercolor Markers.

So I am still enjoying the watercoloring but working on perfecting my technique.

See you next week.

Two Paper Divas

Today I am posting a fun card I made using the stamp set "On the Road Again" from Two Paper Divas.
I made this card for a challenge group I am in on Splitcoast Stampers.  This is truly a talented group of ladies.  July was my month and I selected this image for everyone to come up with a card.  If you go HERE throughout the month, you will see what everyone else does with this adorable set.

I would like to thank Melissa and Gayla from Two Paper Divas in letting me use this image for our challenge this month.  I am so thankful to be on the design team for the nicest 2 gals.

Be sure and check Two Paper Divas blog  on July 6 because I am thinking we will be seeing Christmas in July.

Creative Crew

This month's theme for our Creative Crew group comes from Terry and her theme is Thanks Snow Much.  What a fun theme but I hope this do...
