Two Paper Divas

Yes, I know today is halloween but I am thinking cold weather and hot chocolate today.  I used the adorable stamp set called You Warm My Heart from Two Paper Divas.

I love making any card where i can use glitter (For the whipped cream).  I fussy cut the mug and straw.

I bet this makes you want a good hot chocolate.

Meljens Designs Challenge #234

Today's challenge over at Meljen's Designs is called Peek a Boo.  For my card I decided to use some fall papers and the image called Fall Wreath.  If you lift the tag up you will see the colored image that I used my copic markers to color the image.  Makes the perfect fall card for Thanksgiving.  With all the fall colors outside, this brings out all the colors I see.
I hope you join us in this weeks challenge.  I can't wait to see what people come up with from a challenge called Peek a Boo.

Thanks for stopping by.

Two Paper Divas

I am a little late in posting my designs for Two Paper Divas.  Been having too much fun at crops and working on Christmas Cards.
Today's card is one of the Christmas cards that I made.  It was simply and easy to make.  I used the Memory box Merry Christmas die and then used the Brrr! Friends Stamp from Two Paper Divas.  I just cut the top off and focused on the polar bear.  A different route also with the pink instead of the traditional red and green.

Meljens Challenge #232

Today's challenge over at Meljen's Designs is a sketch challenge.
This is the sketch that we were asked to create with.  I decided to go along with my Christmas theme.  I am determined to have my Christmas cards done early this year.
The image I used was the Cozy Little Chickadees which are just so adorable.  Melissa has added some new images to her shop  so be sure and check her site out.

Two Paper Divas Fall Card

Another Friday comes around and I find myself making another Fall card.  The colors are beautiful outside right now and it just gets me in the mood to make fall cards.  For my card today I chose to focus on the Two Paper Diva stamp called Autumn Word Block.
I stamped the image on craft color paper and then colored in to leaf, pumpkin and acorn with my copic markers.  I also stamped a couple pumpkins from Two Paper Divas Fall is in the Air Stamp Set.

Have some fun, think fall and check out Two Paper Divas blog.  They have some fantastic ideas and fun crafty projects.

DT Day with Tracie

I am posting a fun project today for my design team day for Meljen's Designs.  It is hard to believe it is October already.  Halloween will be here before you know it.  I decided to make a fun little treat package that holds a regular size Tootsie Pop.  I started with a piece of designer paper and cut it 2 1/4" x 7 3/4".  I then scored the paper at 1 3/4", 4 1/4", and 5 1/4".  On the 1 3/4" line I punched a hole in the center and put the Tootsie pop through the hole.   I then folded over the 1 3/4" piece over the edge of the longer size and secured it in place.
I colored the adorable stamp with my copic markers called "Little Witch Mouse" that can be found in Meljens store.  I love these digital images because you can size them any which way to fit your project..  After coloring the image, I cut it out using a die cut and sponged around the edge with ink.  To finish the project I added a button and ribbon to give it an extra splash.

I hope you enjoyed my project today.  It was fun to show that there is great potential with digital stamps and you can make all kinds of things.

Two Paper Divas

I just can't believe September is over.  What happened to that month?  It went by so fast.  I can't believe I am thinking Halloween cards already but Two Paper Divas have come out with some new adorable stamps that are perfect for Halloween.  I love this stamp called Haunted House

To make this card I started out with a piece of whisper white stampin up paper and then cut out using a die.  I then used a brayer with yellow and then orange ink.  I sponged the bottom with black ink.  I then colored in the house with my copic markers.  To get the moon look, I punched out a 1 1/4 inch circle of post it note paper and stuck it there while I brayered the orange.  I then stamped the image matching up where the moon would be.  The Happy Halloween sentiment is from the stamp set called Mason Jar Access #2.

Be sure and check out Two Paper Divas.  It seems that they are adding adorable stamps all the time.

Meljen's Designs - Challenge #230

Time for another fun challenge over at Meljen's Designs.  Today's challenge is friendship.  I loved this image called Teeny Mouse Hugs.  I made this card for a friend of mine.  We have been friends since grade school.  We won't say how many years that has been!  HA!
I hope you took advantage of the sale over at Meljen's Designs in September.  These are just the most adorable images.  So much fun to color with my copics.

Hope you enjoy the card and join us in this challenge if you can.
