Bridal Shower Card

Last post on the bridal shower which was so much fun. This was the card I made. I used the circle scalloped die cut and embossed it with one of the cuddlebug folders. These are quickly becoming my favorite tool. Just cut a section out to form dress. Great fun.

Shower Favor

More fun things that I made for the bridal shower. Everyone got to take home one. I used my favorite cuddlebug embossing folder and then the flower cut was also a die cut. I put flower seeds inside with the saying "Plant these seeds and watch them grow as does Lauren and Brad's new lives together" What fun these were.

Wedding Gift

Well this is what I have been working on the last couple of days (Okay maybe last couple of weeks). I made these for my friend at work who is getting married in May. Her shower was tonight and we just had lots of fun. I made this Christmas stockings for her, her husband and their cute dog.

Knitted Scarf

I knitted this scarf for a birthday gift for a friend at work. Since Kansas University is ranked #1 in the Basketball and KU is her favorite team, I had no choice but to make this scarf. I used a skein of red and 1 skein of the blue eyelash yarn. Just knitted 20 stitches the whole scarf.

Casserole Carrier

Made this 9 x 13 casserole carrier for a friend at work. I used quilted fabric for the outside. Now I am going to have to make me one. I really liked the way it turned out.

Friend Leaving Card

I made this card for a co-worker who is retiring from our place of employment. She has been a very good friend and I hate to see her go. I used a cuttlebug emboss folder and decorated with my favorite new die cut from Stampin Up. (All sizes of the butterflies).

Birthday Card

This was a birthday card I made for a friend. My favorite color blue. The background is a swirl cuttlebug folder and I used one of the new SU stamp sets.

Sympathy Card

I made this sympathy card for a nurse at work who just lost her father. Used my butterfly die cut and my bird die cut and a cuttlebug embossing folder.

A-Z Cookbook

Well I am so excited. I actually have a new computer and boy is it nice. I am re-learning everything but love it so far. Didn't realize how slow mine was. I made 6 of these cookbooks for a swap at Splitcoaststampers. Love them and all recipes are tried and true. I used my cricut machine to make the letters and the words recipes. I bound them using my zutter machine. Love all these things that make life easier.

Spring Card

I am playing with my copic markers some more. I found this stamp on the clearance rack at Archivers. Perfect for my practice of the copics. I got some white paper from Paper Trey Ink and it is really nice paper to color on. I think next time I will change the color of the ribbon. Maybe pink.

Flower Card

I found a Hero Arts Stamp Set at Archivers for 50% off so I tried my hand with the copic markers. This was is basic but was fun to do. Lots of potential with this stamp set.
