I sure everyone had a nice Valentines Day yesterday. It was a beautiful day here in Kansas and I got my favorite valentine meal. We have a Greek restaurant here that I really like.
Since today is the 15th of the month, this means it is time for our Dueling Darlings group to post pictures of what they have done. This month I was paired up with Carol to be the hostesses for February. I always like to look and see what special holidays are in February and I noticed that February is Library Lovers Month. I love to read so this theme really jumped out at me. I love our local library so this card is in honor of all libraries.
The images are from the stamp set "Book Worm by Fun Stampers Journey. The Book paper at the top is from Witches & Wizards by Echo Park. The words in the middle are from Scribe by Authentique. The cubicles at the bottom are from Farmhouse Market by Carta Bella. I stamped the images and then colored them with my copic markers and cut them out with my Brother Scan n Cut.
The ribbon is from the ribbon boutique and the gems are from Fun Stampers Journey. I had so much fun with this card and I can't wait to see what the other team members come up with.

What a sweet card Tracie. I love all of the cute images--especially the little bookworm! The paper is perfect--what a cute library scene! Great theme this month--love it!
I love it!! The layout reminds me of library shelves, waiting to be explored. It's fun and whimsical the way you colored and added those die cuts. Thanks for such a great kit this month. It was great!
Oh my goodness what an amazing card. I love it so bright and colorful and so many different things that catch your eye in the theme you created. I think that everytime I look at it I see something new. Thanks for finding the great theme and the wonderful card you created.
Tracie, ya'll rocked the house this month with this theme! I am a BIG BIG book fantatic (pre kids I would read A BOOK A DAY) and this is super card. Love all the color and this design - thank you for a fun month!
