PIP Challenge #1743

Time again for another PIP Challenge.   Today's challenge is sponsored by Fred She Said. 
They have such adorable images.  How can you not love these adorable images.  And so much fun because you can make them any size you want.  For my card today I chose to use the image "Dancing Penguins". 

I colored the image with my copic markers and then put it to a sketch.  

Have you tried digital images?  If not, please do because there are such adorable images out there and such fun to color.

    I love this cute image :) and the way you split the card with scallops. My favorite though it your round layers and the 2nd round accent. It just looks so good <3
