Coloring Virtuoso MFT Card

One of my favorite things to do is to color with my zig watercolor markers.  Coloring always brings me such peace and reminds me of my childhood where I could just sit for hours with my crayons and color.   I decided to enter this card in the 2017 Card Design Superstar contest.  They have 3 categories and this card was for the Coloring Virtuoso Category. 

I seem to always go for my favorite stamp set from My Favorite Things called Funky Flowers. 

I first stamped several of the flowers on a piece of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" watercolor paper.  I also stamped the leaves and large flower on a piece of watercolor paper.  I then colored all the images with my zig watercolor markers (flowers - peach pink and yellow, leaves - mid green).  I then fussy cut the large flower and leaf bunches out.  I then cut a piece of pink cardstock at a diagonal to give it a different look.  For the sentiment, I used the Celebrate Your Special Day from LJD Birthday Greetings stamp set.
