PIP Challenge #2505

Today we have a new challenge over at Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenges.  This week's sponsor is Lawn Fawn.

I am a true lover of Lawn Fawn Stamps.  What I love about these stamps is that you can create quite the story using all the little images.  For my card today I am using the stamp set "Berry Special".

I just love strawberries and mice images and fell in love with this stamp set.  I started out by coloring the images with my copic markers.  I then created a story by placing the images on the card.  I used a MFT Scallop circle for the white and then placed the different images in the circle.  The sentiment was made using white embossing powder.

Be sure and check out all the fun stamp sets at Lawn Fawn.  Always fun to play with.

PIP Challenges #2503

Well 2025 sure came in with a cold spell here in Kansas.  I sure hope that this is it for cold weather and snow.  Today I am posting a card I made for Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenge #2503.  This week our sponsor is Whimsy Stamps.

For my card today I decided to use the stamp set Doggie Birthday Party and the background paper is Rainbow by Whimsy.
I stamped the adorable dog images and then colored them with my copic markers.  I then fussy cut them out and placed them on the rainbow paper.  The die I used for the background paper is Dotted Scallop Rectangles by Elizabeth Craft Designs.

I know exactly where this card is going.  I have a sister who has a birthday in February and she is dog crazy so it will be perfect.

Thanks again to Whimsy Stamps for sponsoring PIP Challenges this week.

Creative Crew

I am so excited for my post today for our Creative Crew group on Splitcoaststampers.  Our hostess this month is Darlene and she selected an adorable image for our challenge this month.

The image she selected is You Are So Loved by Gina K Designs.  I love the small little images because they are so fun to color. The red cardstock in the background is made by using "Cross My Heart" embossing older by Spellbinders. I used the waffle flower postage collage die with a piece of holographic cardstock by Pink & main as my background for these cute images.  I had some scraps of simply vintage my valentine to cut to put as background pieces for the images.  The red hearts were made with Simon Hurley's Bee Sting Lunar Paste applied with a heart stencil by Gina K Designs.

The images were all colored with my copic markers.  I then just placed them on to the squares using pop dots.  I was having so much fun that I used more images for the inside of my card.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card.  Be sure and click on the names below to see what they did for the challenge.

PIP Challenge #2501

Happy 2025.  I can't believe 2024 went by to quickly.  We are sitting in the aftermath of a huge snowstorm here in Kansas.  Ugh.  I believe we got 10-12 inches of snow in the last 24 hours.  The only good thing is that I was able to sit inside and work on different projects that I had started.

For this weeks challenge at Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenges our sponsor is Polkadoodles.

With all the snow outside and frigid weather I decided to think warmer and start counting down the days until spring.  I am not a fan of winter and normally we have pretty average temperatures in the winter.  I sure hope this isn't a sign that the rest of our winter will be like this.

I decided to make 2 cards for the challenge this week.

For my first card I am using an image from the Spring Has Sprung bundle at Polkadoodles.  I love foxes to if I can find an image with a fox on it, I want to color it and make a card.  I printed the image and then colored it with my copic markers.  I used a scalloped oval die the cut the image out with.

For my second card I am using "Butterfly Flowerpots".  I printed off the image on my printer and colored the image with my copic markers.  The sentiment is from Newtons Nook called Floral Fringe.  The designer paper on both cards is Simple Stories Simple Vintage Meadow Flowers.

So I sure hope these spring cards get us all in the mood for a little warmer weather.  Thanks to Polkadoodles for starting 2025 out with a bang for PIP Challenges.
